LONDON & NETWORK SERIES

More about Scott’s assistant work here.

While living in St. John’s Wood, London, near the renowned Abbey Road Studios, Scott scored Lines of Control: an interactive documentary about about Kashmir’s present-day humanitarian crisis, its history, and the very real geopolitical stakes. He also assisted the talented British composer Murray Gold, and orchestrator Alastair King on multiple network series including Magpie Murders (based on the novel by Anthony Horowitz) , Gentleman Jack S2 , and Dead Ringers (starring Rachel Weisz).

Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Composition from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Master’s degree in Global Music Composition from San Diego State University. After completing his graduate work in 2011, Scott was welcomed to the SCL’s film scoring mentorship in Los Angeles. This afforded opportunities to learn firsthand from Miriam Cutler, John Powell, Ron Jones and other scoring luminaries in private studios as well as scoring stages. At the program’s culmination Scott’s music was workshopped with Jeff Beal and SAG-AFTRA singers.
